Materials and care
The materials used for PISOLO, the travel kennel, are light, soft, silent and very resistant. All exclusively Italian.
Outside: the external of travel dog bed is made of a highly resistant bielastic technical fabric; perfect both in winter, because it helps the dog’s muscles to stay warm, and in summer, because, drying out quickly, the dog remains cool and dry.
Padding: it is very light, with a micro-honeycomb structure to speed up the elimination of dog body heat, creating a very comfortable microclimate for our dogs. PISOLO, the travel dog bed, is warm in winter and cool in summer.
Inside: the inner fabric of the kennel is in Italian cotton or linen fabric, already treated and washed. They are high quality fabrics used in human clothing where the characteristics of softness, resistance and comfort are important.
Membrane: the outer fabric has been coupled a latest generation membrane that guarantees waterproofing and breathability, absorbing excess dog body heat and facilitating the natural evaporation of moisture. All this guarantees dog body thermoregulation both in winter as in summer.
Shoulder strap: it is a soft cotton that thanks to 2 practical and resistant buckles can be adjusted in length, so PISOLO, the travel kennel will always be with you wherever you go.
- Hand wash 40°: it is recommended to wash it by hand, but if you prefer the washing machine, you must be very careful to close the product perfectly so that the two magnets are perfectly joined
- Do not Bleach
- Do not Tumble Dryer
- It does not require ironing but if you want to do it, it must been done at low temperatures by inserting a cloth between the fabric and the plate
Gift box of each product is personalized. It was designed and created to best enhance and protect the product. Materials used are eco-friendly and the gift box is made without glue, because we care about ourselves and the planet.
If it is a gift, at the time of payment you can include, if you wish, a gift card with a personalized message and hide the price of the object.

from the date of receipt of the order by UNCONVENTIONALDOG:

4-5 days for Europe,
5 days or more working days for non-European countries.
Times are indicative and not strictly binding for UNCONVENTIONALDOG. In any case, delivery will take place at the latest within thirty days as from the Contract’s conclusion.
In case of unavailability of one or more Products, occurring after the order confirmation, UNCONVENTIONALDOG will notify the Customer by mail and togheter will decide if carry out the shipment of the remaining Products ordered by the Customer. In such case, the Contract will remain valid only to the Products actually shipped. UNCONVENTIONALDOG will refund the amount of the missing product.
Tracking of the shipment
The Order Confirmation sent to the customer at the time of shipment of the product (s) indicates the tracking number (tracking number) with which the Customer can monitor the shipping and delivery process of the Products on the website of the relevant courier.
Receipt of the product
Customer has to do everything in their power to facilitate the delivery of the Order, making themselves available for receipt or delegating to a third party. The courier will make a first attempt at delivery of the Order at the address indicated by the Customer. When the outcome of the delivery is negative, the courier will inform the Customer of the attempt at delivery and will try to arrange a subsequent delivery of the Order with the Customer.
In the event that the courier is definitively unable to deliver the Order, Customer Service will contact the Customer in order to verify his or her interest in a new despatch.
We invite our customers to carefully check the package before signing for successful delivery. Packages are carefully packed with custom adhesive tape placed as a seal on the wrapper. If package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customer must refuse delivery.
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature, Customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the forwarder and contact UNCONVENTIONALDOG at email@example.com or filling the form on the Site.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with UNCONVENTIONALDOG and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their packages. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the Customer refuses delivery, we will require the Customer to pay for the second shipment. Selecting a different country of delivery, prices, general conditions and availability of the items may vary.
Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include the value added tax (V.A.T.) in force.
The total Price resulting at the end of the Order is inclusive of shipping charges, but not of any customs duties and / or additional sales taxes necessary for importing the goods into foreign territory. Any additional charge for customs clearance transactions shall be borne exclusively by who bought the product.
Request for invoicing must be done at the same time as the Order. After receiving the confirmation of the purchase, the Customer must send an e-mail to the Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating:
Tax Code and / or VAT Code
The document will be sent to the applicant in digital format by e-mail.
Billing requests will not be accepted in the days following the date of acceptance of the Order.
The Payment must be done when placing the Order, choosing between credit card or PayPal.
For credit card payments, UNCONVENTIONALDOG uses the secure SSL system: the order confirmation will transfer credit card data to the cardholder via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted connection, to authorize and debit . A safe and risk-free procedure that protects Customer from any possible abuse; thanks to this system, UNCONVENTIONALDOG does not display in any way the credit card number of its Customers.
UNCONVENTIONALDOG preserves its right to request additional information to the Customer or to ask copies of documents demonstrating the ownership of the card used. If Customer does not provide such information, UNCONVENTIONALDOG reserves the right not to accept the Order.
UNCONVENTIONALDOG accepts all major credit cards and prepaid cards registered on the PayPal circuit. Customer financial data will not be shared with UNCONVENTIONALDOG but will be managed directly by PayPal. In case of cancellation of the Order (both by the customer and by UNCONVENTIONALDOG) the amount will be credited to the PayPal account of the Customer. UNCONVENTIONALDOG will not be liable for any delay or damage caused during the reimbursement process.
Returns and Refunds
Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased product (Article 52 Consumer Code), informing UNCONVENTIONALDOG of his decision by e-mail to info@unconventionaldog.
- Exchange of the product with another size according to availability in stock. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer. The shipping costs of the further shipment of the changed product are borne by UNCONVENTIONALDOG
- withdrawal and then refund the price paid for the product. The shipping costs for withdrawal are charged to the customer.
Refund will be suspended untill the date of receipt of the product.
The Customer must indicate the header and IBAN of the current account on which he wishes to receive the refund.
Please note that refunds may take up to 28 business days.
If an order has been shipped within the European Union, VAT will be fully refunded. Outside the European Union, customs taxes and VAT will not be refunded.
It is recommended to contact your customs offices.The shipping cost and customs fees are charged to the customer for each return.
Product must be returned using suitable and intact packaging with trackable shipping to: UNCONVENTIONALDOG Via Santa Sofia 67, 35121 Padua-Italy.
The product must be intact including the label, UNCONVENTIONALDOG box, not used, washed or ironed. In the absence of these conditions UNCONVENTIONALDOG will not make any exchange or recess. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of exchange or recess are not respected, as specified above, the Consumer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller; however, he may get back, at his expense, the Products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may keep the Products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
